Any additional persons, visitors, or guests who stay beyond 1 hour
must pay additional person, guest, or visitor fees.
All sites include picnic table & fire ring.

• Full-Size Futon • Bunk Beds in separate room • We recommend a maximum of 2 adults •

• Toaster oven, coffee maker, TV set, clock radio • Dinette table with chairs • Bathroom with shower •
• Air Conditioning and Heating Included • 5 foot screened in porch with table & chairs •
• Picnic table and fire ring • Customer must bring bedding, towels, and utensils •
• Pets are not allowed in cottages or cottage sites • No smoking in cottages •

Located only 200 yards from the Lakefront.
If you want to be comfortable but have a less expensive stay than our lakefront cottages,
or if you just enjoy “roughing it” a little bit, try one of our rustic cabins in the woods.

Standard Cabins in the Woods feature all of the following:
• 12 x 14 Pine paneled interior • 6 foot screened in porch •
• Mini-Refrigerator & Microwave • Coffee Makers available • Electric lights and outlets •
• Bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom • We recommend a maximum of 2 adults •
• Table and chairs inside and picnic table outside • Fire ring with grill • Fan or heater if needed •
• Restrooms, showers and water supply are nearby • Customer must bring bedding, towels and utensils •
• Pets are not allowed on cabin sites • No smoking in cabins •
• Cooking is permitted inside cabins using the microwave only •

Cottage & Cabin Policies

• Our rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children aged 12 and under. Any additional persons, visitors, or guests who stay beyond 1 hour must pay additional person, guest or visitor’s fees. Guests / visitors may not bring pets onto the property. Guests / visitors must leave the property by 9:00PM. All guests / visitors must be registered, and you are responsible for their behavior. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests / visitors.

• Additional adults and children will be charged the additional camper fees.

• 2 Adult Maximum in Standard Cabins and Standard Cottages. 4 Adult Maximum in Deluxe Cabins. 4 Adult Maximum in Deluxe Cottages.

• Customers must bring: towels, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

• No Pets Are Permitted. No Smoking.

• Cleaning/Damage deposit of $75.00 is charged to your Visa or MasterCard at check-in. This will be credited to the card within 1 week of departure provided that there are no unreasonable damages or cleaning issues. Unit must be swept, trash removed, and surfaces cleaned.

• Check In 3:00PM. Check Out 12:00PM.

• Cottage/Cabin Deposit Policy: Deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due at check in. Except for holidays, which must be paid in full.

• Minimum Cottage Reservation: 4 Day minimum between June 15th and August 21st, 2 Day minimum other dates, except 3 Days on Holiday weekends. Reservations for less than the designated minimum stays will be accepted as fill-ins, if available.

• Minimum Rustic Cabin Reservation: 2 Day minimum except 3 Days on Holiday weekends. Reservations for less than the designated minimum stays will be accepted as fill-ins, if available.

• Cottage/Cabin Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned once the unit has been re-rented for the same dates less (-) a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Deposit is forfeited if unit is not re-rented for the same dates.

Cottage & Cabin Reservation Requests

As a convenience to our guests, we accept reservations, starting February 1st. To guarantee a reservation, we will require you to provide us with a credit card deposit on our secure site or by phone call.

Our Cottages and Cabins are very popular and we are always busy with reservations. In February we begin taking 1 week minimum reservations from Saturday to Saturday. We begin taking shorter reservations in March. Please review our Cottage/ Cabin Reservation Policies for minimum reservations.

Please read and print our Deposit and Cancellation Policies (below) before sending the completed Reservation Request form.

There are four different ways to make a reservation:

1) The best way is to call us during business hours (9:00AM – 6:00PM). If you call, we can quickly answer any questions that you have and immediately enter your reservation to give you the best chance to get you the site that you want.
2) The next best way is, if our phone is busy, e-mail us your request and include your phone number and a time that you can be reached (9:00AM – 6:00PM). We will make every effort to call you at this time. If your phone is busy we will try again, but if your phone is continually busy we will stop calling.
3) You may also submit your request using the form, below, and wait for us to respond. We will make every effort to respond to your reservation request as soon as possible. We do not check our e-mail constantly so this could be a time consuming process. When we are busy (June – August), it will obviously take longer. If you have questions, we may ask you to call. We can answer your questions more completely and faster by phone. Please note that we process phone-in reservations first. The site that is available when you make your request may be taken if we go through a long e-mail conversation.
4) You may print and mail in the completed Reservation Request form, below, along with the required deposit.

Please remember that your deposit must be processed and authorized before your reservation is confirmed. All guests must have a Confirmed reservation in order to guarantee a specific date and site.
